Liviu Voinea is a Romanian economist, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Romania. He servedas Minister Delegate for Budget between December 2012 and August 2014. He is also Professor atAcademy of Economics, Faculty of International Business. He participated to the Economic andFinancial Affairs Council (ECOFIN) meetings at the European Union as Minister Delegate for Budget.As Deputy Governor he participates at the Economic and Financial Committee and EuropeanSystemic Risk Board meetings. He is a member of the High Level Working Group on Regulatory ofSovereign Exposures. Liviu Voinea graduated from Academy of Economics, Faculty of InternationalBusiness. He has a Master of Science in Business Administration degree from Stockholm University,School of Business. In 2000 he obtained the Ph.D. in Economics from the Academy of Economics,Faculty of Economics

Tomas Sedlacek gained international fame for his award-winning, bestselling book "Economics of Good and Evil” published in 2011 by Oxford University Press which was translated into 17 languages and received the prestigious German “Wirtschaftsbuchpreis” at Frankfurt Book Fair for its original philosophical contribution to economics.
He became a member of the National Economics Council, advisory body to the Czech Prime Minister and was listed among the top 100 most influential global thinkers. Sedlacek became, at the age of 24, an economic advisor of Czech president Václav Havel. During his fellowship at Yale University, Yale Economic Review ranked him among five hot young minds in economics. He currently works as a chief macroeconomic strategist at Czech commercial bank CSOB, is a member of Program Council for New Economic Thinking of World Economic Forum that meets in Davos, lecturer of Charles University and sits on boards of many non-profit organizations.

Starting with August 2013, Aysen Seltem IYIGUN is Chief Economist, Coface Turkey & Middle East. Before that, Mrs. Aysen Seltem IYIGUN worked as Financial Correspondent within Thomson Reuters, in Istanbul, Turkey. For six years (December 2005 - July 2011), she held the Treasury Economist position within Akbank Treasury Department, in Istanbul, Turkey.
Mrs. Aysen Seltem IYIGUN graduated Sorbonne University, in Paris, France and the Master of Economics at the same University. She received from Sorbonne University the DEUG (Le Diplôme d'études universitaires générales) after two-year course of Economic and Social Management, rank: 1 and the degree International Trade, rank: 2.

Eugen Anicescu started his career in 2001 within Generali Insurance, as Head of Insurance.
Starting from 2007, he is working within Coface Romania, and he owned, over time, more strategic positions, such as Credit Insurance Manager during April 2007 - January 2011 and Deputy Managing Director, during January 2011 - September 2012.
In October 2012, he was appointed Managing Director and he held this position until March 2016.
Eugen Anicescu graduated The Bucharest University of Economic Studies and he holds a Business Administration Master Degree within the same university.

Hans Buysse is since 2009 active as partner and managing director at Clairfield Benelux and has more than 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience.
His expertise includes buyside and sellside assignments, as well as MBOs and IBOs in the energy & utilities, telecom, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, risk management, financial analysis, structured finance, financial restructuring, strategic advisory, valuations and PPP (public-private partnerships) and has been involved in most significant Belgian PPP deals.
He began his career at KU Leuven and moved to Generale Bank in 1992. He co-founded the corporate finance division at Deloitte & Touche Belgium in 1997. Hans was a partner in corporate finance for KPMG until 2007. Until 2009 he was head of M&A for Belgium at NIBC Bank.
Hans is the vice-chairman of the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts and member of the Board of Directors at EFRAG, EFFAS and XBRL.
He holds a master degree in applied economics, a master degree in management, and a degree in tax management. He is a certified European Financial Analyst (FSA accredited).
Hans also lectures at the Vrije University Amsterdam, The Netherlands and the Vlerick Business School, Belgium.

Mihai Darie has over 18 years of experience in the financial field, working in different sectors such as financial, banking, investment funds, infrastructure and energy, having executive and management positions. He has graduated the Faculty of Finance and Banking - ASE Bucharest, as well as the EMBA program of Asebuss Bucharest of ACCA-UK professional scheme, he is member of CECCAR and holder of CFA (Charted Financial Analyst) certification.

 President Agricover Credit 

With over 25 years’ experience, Robert Rekkers is a respectable banker in the Romanian finance sector, being awarded as “The annual banker” in 2010 and 2011 in the Gala Financial Market publication. Robert Rekkers was CEO of Transilvania Bank for more than 9 years, and during this time, he brought the bank from a position of small local player in the top 3 in Romania. Before that, he worked for 16 years in ABN AMRO, having various senior management positions in 7 countries. Since July 2012, Mr. Rekkers joined the Board of Directors of the Group Agricover and became CEO of Credit IFN Agricover. Its objective is to develop and grow it in order to become the leading financial institution in financing farmers and consequently the Romanian agriculture.

Mihai Miron
Board of Directors Chairman, Chief Executive Officer Ropharma S.A 
Mihai Miron is one of the oldest entrepreneurs on the pharmaceutical market, being the founder of Europharm, company that sold it towards GlaxoSmithKline. He created and launched on the Romanian market 82 medicines, including the famous Paracetamol Sinus, Paracetamol Plus and Omeran. Also, started with 2003, he is President of Bioef SRL, Administrator of Bioterra starting with 1998 and Chairman of the Board of ICS Eurofarmaco SA Chisinau. He obtained Ph.D at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" Cluj Napoca, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics.


Iulian is a Romanian entrepreneur who founded his first company at 22 years old. Now he owns Romanian biggest IT and electronics distributor, NOD, a retail chain, Flanco, and he owns 23% of the regional biggest e-commerce player, eMAG. He developed eMAG from a small e-commerce player to a regional one (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland), building the team around the mission of saving customers time and money using technology. As CEO of eMAG, he is managing a team of 3700 people with 600 engineers developing proprietary technology that is enabling the company to add value to customers, cross borders and expand e-commerce in all consumer verticals.


Marius Manole graduated in 2001 the "George Enescu" University of Arts in Iasi, the Acting section, inthe class of Professor Emil Coseriu and Cornelia Gheorghe. Between 2002 and 2003 he attended thechoreography section of the Ion Luca Caragiale National University of Theater and Cinematography inBucharest. He also participated in the „Andrei Serban” itinerary at Horezu and New York, a workshopby ICR New York with the support of ICR Bucharest in 2009. He has performed in dozens of theaterperformances as well as in various short films and feature movies in the country and internationally.Marius Manole is one of the most appreciated Romanian actors and has won many important awardsover time and in 2016 he was decorated by the President of Romania with the Order "Cultural Merit inthe Knight's Grade, Category D" - "Art of the show"
